A Tampa Bay Fishing Charter usually includes Snook fishing in Tampa. The best time for Tampa Snook Fishing is March through September (the peak is mid March through May). It’s not uncommon to see Tampa Trout Fishing Guides catching snook during this time.
Capt John and other Tampa Fishing Guides get booked up during this peak fishing season. So call or e mail Capt John today to reserve a date for a Tampa Bay Fishing Charter

Capt. John, many thanks for a super day of Fishing Fun with Cyrus. It was a day of tight lines, great family fun and (later) fresh-caught red fish eating. Definitely a day full of memories for Cyrus, Dad and Papa.

Capt. John: I just wanted to say thank you again for a great trip and some great memories this past Thursday (06/23/2011). My wife Debbie and I squeaked in two days off while the boys were out of town and we had a blast fishing with you on one of those days. The action was hot and the Snook cooperative. I will say this is our second trip out with you and it won’t be our last. Our next trip will include the two boys (11 and 14) and we will target numbers of fish and a fun time to be had by all. I appreciate you letting us target Snook on our trip on Thursday. I fully understand the trials and tribulations that have been placed on this great game fish and it is an honor for my wife and I to be able to catch these magnificent fighters. After this past winter I know to target this species you must be very careful to treat them with the respect they deserve, handle them gently and get them back in the water and revived quickly to fight again another day and reproduce. I hope we showed you that we do very much respect this species and look forward to the next time of doing battle with these brutes. This was by far my largest snook ever caught and I look forward to the opportunity of breaking my new record again on a future charter with you. My wife had a blast fighting the Snook and the Jacks and she can’t wait to get out there again with the two boys for more tight lines, bent rods, smiling faces and memories of a lifetime. Thanks again for a great charter

John – thanks for taking us out to some fantastic fishing on Friday night. I always love to fish with Rick and he and I have a great tradition of heading out with great guides. Friday was significant in that I caught 3 species of fish that I have never caught in my past history. Thanks again for a great afternoon and expect to see me again in the future.
Richard

Captain John,
I would like to thank you once again for hosting such a wonderful trip. I really appreciate everything you did for my father and myself to make the trip a success. I am also attaching a couple photos if you’d like to use them.
Thank you again, Stephanie Parisi

Captain John,
Below is a picture of Jack Buckle and myself Richard Jones on our fishing trip on your boat. Again, I want to tell you how much we enjoyed this fishing excursion. I have been on a number of charters over the years and the one aboard your boat has been the been the best so far. We are looking forward to making this a twice a year activity starting in 2010. While we didn’t measure the bigger redfish, I was able to get a measurement from the photograph and comparing it to a known dimension in the picture. It was approximately 42 1/4 inches.

Thanks for a wonderful experience. Attached are the pictures. If you don’t get them, let me know.
I sent some pics on to my friends, so if anyone shows an interest, I will pass your name on.
I hope to get down there again and catch those big ones… Thank you also for the friends and family discount.
Ryan and Corey had a blast.
Thanks again!
John Wichlin
Here are some of the pictures I took during our charter on Saturday. Let me know if you want any of them in a higher resolution. Again thanks for a great day!

Thanks for a great trip! I cant wait to go again. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for a good light tackle fishing pole and reel I could use for lake fishing and maybe a little bay fishing. I thought you would have a good idea on what a good quality reel and pole would be.
Thanks for everything.
Josh Grover
Just a note to say we completely enjoyed our fishing experience on 12-23. When asked, Jack ranked fishing as the top event of his trip to FL. That was above Busch Gardens and the 2 trillion star wars action figures he got for Christmas.
I will keep your number on file for any future fishing trips. Chuck is sounding serious about a Tarpon fishing trip in 2010.
Thanks for putting us on the fish.
Terry Morrow
I just have to say “thanks” again for a great day of fishing. I had a wonderful time and you are a GREAT guide. Please send me the pictures of those bull reds, I am anxious to see them. I am going to Louisiana next to fish for reds. I can’t wait!
Thank you again !
